Sarvam Voice Agents (Public Launch)

Overview

Sarvam AI announced in August 2026 that its Voice Agents platform, which has already powered over 350 million enterprise conversations, is now available to everyone via a self-serve builder.[2][14][15] The platform lets businesses and developers create, launch, and scale AI voice agents that retain customer context across calls, work towards defined business outcomes, and support orchestration, governance, and deployment controls.[2][14][15] It is tightly integrated with Sarvam’s Indus workspace, enabling sovereign and multilingual voice experiences for Indian enterprises.
