Overview

On August 13–14, 2026 Sarvam AI announced that its Voice Agents platform, previously used for over 350 million enterprise conversations, is now available to all users.[18][21][23] The platform lets businesses and developers create AI voice agents that understand context, remember past interactions and improve over time, targeting use cases like customer support, outbound calling and workflow automation.[21][23][27] It is positioned as an Indian-language-friendly, enterprise-grade stack, also feeding into sovereign deployments such as Maharashtra’s Indus workspace and Samvaad citizen outreach agents.[28][30]
