Overview

Obsidian Second Brain is an open-source 32-command skillpack that connects an Obsidian vault to multiple AI developer tools, including Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode.[10] It adds commands for code search, inline refactors, test generation, and structured note-taking that are all agent-aware, effectively making your note vault a programmable IDE companion. Devs who live in Obsidian can use it as a central knowledge graph and task hub for AI-assisted coding and research, without bouncing between multiple UIs.
