Overview

The BioNeMo Agent Toolkit is an open-source set of tools from NVIDIA that wraps biomolecular models like OpenFold3, DiffDock, and GenMol into documented, callable skills for AI agents.[8] It enables developers to build agentic workflows that can run structure prediction, docking, and generative modeling as part of automated scientific pipelines.
