Overview

Unlimited-OCR is Baidu’s newly public OCR tool highlighted in late July 2026 Chinese AI tracking reports.[2] It targets high-performance extraction of text and layout from complex documents, providing structured outputs including bounding boxes and region classifications, similar in ambition to leading global OCR models.[2] Integrated with Baidu’s ERNIE ecosystem, it is particularly valuable for Chinese-language PDFs, forms, and archives that need reliable machine-readable conversion.[2][8]
