Astryx Design System

Overview

Astryx is an open-source React design system from Meta built on StyleX, pairing a CSS-variable theme cascade with a CLI and MCP server.[8] It is designed so both engineers and AI agents can consume the same design API, enabling automated UI generation and refactoring that respect a shared design language. Devs should care because it offers a modern, AI-aware design system that can be plugged into agentic workflows, codegen tools, and design-to-code pipelines.[8]
